Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location, I would definetly stay here agsin. Beautiful rooms and hotel well decorated with design based on the hotels history. Lovely, attentive staff too.

Well designed, classic historic hotel with upgrades in the right places (such as the bathroom). Staff was friendly and courteous, rooftop restaurant and bar were great! We would stay here again next time we're in Istanbul.

Loved staying in Beyoglu for a change and the hotel staff was extraordinary. They had great tips for restaurant and activities in the area. Breakfast we good but I've had much better in Turkish hotels. The rooms are comfy but small but you don't spend very much time there. The staff are truly the strength of this hotel.

Property was very well maintained and modernized in old family home. Definitely had high quality 5star feel. The staff was great and always helpful when needed. Room service was also great. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Expected better

The hotel experience deviates largely from how it's portayed. The rooms seem quite old and a bit worn down, there was no window in the room and the bathroom layout was weird with the main entrance inbetween the shower and toilet. The gym is great and the rooftop restaurant is beautiful. Would skip the breakfast though. The surrounding area is great for getting around in the city and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and shopping.
