Lovely and charming hotel. Older hotel but well maintained and managed. Very clean. Excellent location in Waikiki. Ocean view room was great. Staff always friendly and helpful. Loved "Grab & Go MUSUBI" food place in the hotel's lobby. I would highly recommend Hotel Renew to other travelers.

Amazing location. Right across the street from the beach, a quick 2 minute walk. Property is old and the air conditioning doesn’t work well so the room was hot. You have to ask for towels or they will only change them out every 3 days.

Friendly staff upon check-in. Requested coffee pod machine for our room and delivered as requested. Asked daily for coffee pods (refill) and cream, not a problem! Water refill and ice machine available on floor. Umbrella provided by front desk in case of rain. Overall, a pleasurable experience. Mahalo nui loa!
