Inside the hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. BUT there was excessive trash on the outside of the hotel to include in the parking lot. My stay was quite and nice though.

Nice place to stay, easy access to the beach and bubba gumps. We don’t do rides but it’s a short walk to pleasure pier. You get a nice view of the beach from the balcony and can annoy the sea breeze. The breakfast was great had coffee and sausage with eggs.
