The staff was truly incredible, even by Moroccan standards (the Moroccan hospitality is unparalleled and we became accustomed to incredible welcoming service and attentive service throughout, but the Palais Amani team were on another level.) Nothing was out of the question if we asked, and they knew who we were from the very first day and always checked in to see how we were doing. We enjoyed 4 days here and would have loved even more time, from doing a spa package (pampering paradise for two), to lunch in the courtyard or on the roof, to evening drinks before dinner, to just sitting enjoying views over Fes from the rooftop. I enjoy my time just chilling in the lovely garden in the hotel drinking Moroccan tea (attay). The rooms are clean and the food is fresh. the staff are happy to serve you at any time. I would highly recommend and sure will visit again.
