I will preface this by saying that as a former New Yorker, I *hate* staying around Times Square - usually. The Casablanca was a respite! Don't be fooled by the first-glace shabbiness of the lobby. The hotel is squeaky-clean, the service is what you'd expect from a hotel 5x the price, the breakfast is lovely - I was genuinely impressed. As you'd expect, the rooms are small, but no more than other NY hotels. Truly an excellent stay.

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

I usually find myself not entirely comfortable in hotels. This was far from true at Citizen M Bowery! The attention to details in the rooms was inspired and thoughtful. I stay here every time I am in NYC and I really enjoy my experience. Staff members are welcoming, the property is great. They offer lots of things that other hotels do not offer: from free breakfast, to evening wine. They are extremely attentive. The room are comfortable and nicely furnished. It is also very quiet while being in the heart of mid-town.

Excellent property! I booked it last minute for one night, and was pleasantly surprised. It is within walking diatance to the heart of the city. My room had a great view of the Empire State Building. The rooftop! Oh the rooftop! It is everything! My husband and I spent our evening enjoying the beautiful view, a few drinks and yummy appetizers! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).
