The couple were super welcoming and made it feel like home. Even though they don’t speak much English we still managed to converse and overall had a great experience. The onsen was great after a long day of walking around. Would definitely recommend staging here for an authentic experience.

The onsen was a true perk at this hotel! Make sure to ask for tattoo stickers if you need them because the advertising is a tad mixed once you’re in the spa. The staff was great at providing extra pillows too. The hotel is also right by train tracks and would’ve been to nice to be aware of.

Location is amazing! 10 minute walk to Shibuya crossing and away from the crazyness. Rooms are small but that is standard Tokyo. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

This property was a short Uber ride to the Shibuya train station and Shibuya crossing. It was about a 15 minute walk which we did most of the time. Lots of food options and shops nearby. Staff was great. Breakfast was awesome and the free Ramen in the evening was a definite plus after a long day seeing the sights.

The hotel staff was helpful and very kind. We arrived very early in the morning and we were able to store our luggage till our check-in time. AC and shower bathtub worked as it should. Free ice-cream at the end of the day was a real treat and the hot springs bath area was immaculate. Soaking in the hot springs bath is a must.
