Location is good, near by subway and bus terminal, lots of souvenir shops for cheap $, but every night very loud music from 22:00-3:00-4:00 am in the restaurant/ club from lobby or second floor.

Has a greet experience, the hotel is in an amazing location, cross Emirates bus station is less than 50 meters from the hotel, Metro station is less than 100 meters, Mall is less than 100 meters, corniche and Marine transport station is 5 minutes, a Museum is less than 100 meters. Staff are friendly, hotel and rooms are extremely clean. My only note is that the bed is a little bit shote if you are more than 1.8 meter in hight Generally, I loved it!!

Good hotel, according to the price. Cheap comparing with the others. Clean also. Only problem the smell coming from the toilet. When you keep the door closed. Its okey. Near to the old town by walking. I am pleased. And use again.

Bed was very hard Hotel was marketed towards Indians. I had to speak to many who were talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and late at night - no consideration for others. Lifts were very slow and at one stage I had to push a group of 10-15 Indians back so I could get out of the elevator Breakfast was once again targeted towards Indians - the same stuff as we had in hotels we stayed at in India. The breakfast room was always crowded and one of us had to stay at the table at all times to guard it from being taken by others. The bed mattress was very hard and the pillows were huge (fat) and uncomfortable to use. We were happy to be able to have breakfast in the Emirates lounge this morning. Staff were polite and professional, but we had limited interactions with them.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was mostly clean but I saw some stains on the bed. The room had a bad smell which was very off putting. There is a very loud club downstairs so there was a lot of noise.

I booked a non smoking room but my room smelled like someone just smoked in there before i went in. The check in was slow and the elevators aren't air conditioned. The staff was very polite and helpful and i appreciate that. The room was clean and tidy. I was disappointed however by the dirty windows. I paid for the view but the windows were so dirty that I could not see anything
