For a low budget hotel, this vastly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in they confirmed that I had requested a non-smoking room (which was appreciated). I was expecting the musty smell and faint whiff of cigarette smoke that one associates with an older motel, but this was spotless, with new carpet, table and new chairs. Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

We just booked this hotel for one night because we were going to the United Center to see jelly roll and although it's is older it was very clean which was the most important to us and the beds were comfortable and the girl at the desk was very nice

Clean, Simple Motel

This place will never be confused with the Hilton, but it isn't advertised as that either. I stayed here because it was walking distance from SeatGeek Stadium. It is a simple motel, but the room was clean and looked to have been updated, as everything looked fairly new and in good condition. Cleaning service comes to the rooms daily, and there are lots of places to eat and stuff in close proximity.
