The nicest hotel I’ve been at in years. The room is so comfortable and the balcony view is magnificent. The pool is divine and there’s an abundance of chaise lounge chairs. Breakfast was really good and the margaritas are perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the JW. The staff from the front desk to all of the pool and waitstaff were very welcoming and kind. Hotel was immaculate. Pool chaise lounges were heavenly! The pool was cool and refreshing. Food in general was great. Love JW Marriott hotels!

Jw marriot cancun is beautiful inside and out. All their employees were excellent and very accomodating. Enough outdoor pools to accomodate a large crowd, beautiful pool side ocean views great for pictures. Hotel has a little pizza shop where you can buy things that you forgot at home plus delicious pastries and food. Very close to transportation on bus if you want to explore other fun activities. We felt really safe in cancun. We will defenitely stay at this hotel again love it

The hotel is very luxurious and the staff in every area went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Very attentive and always smiling and happy. The restaurants served delicious food and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our last day there was a volleyball tournament on the beach for the different departments and it was so amazing to see the staff enjoying themselves so much and the way the hotel showed appreciation and pride was humbling. Felt like we were vacationing with family.
