The hotel is located in a very good area of the city with loads of dining options, very walkable, and safe area. The staff is very friendly and professional. The bar tender, Augusto, is very nice too!! We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. I would stay here again next time we visit Buenos Aires.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and found it to be well kept; however a few things in the room could have been better. The bathroom toilet flushing system is faulty, you have to press on the lever consistently for sufficient water to flow; the safe did now work, the carpets appear like they need to be updated, and the air conditioning was not working well. Nonetheless, the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff Central location with easy walking to shopping and a number of excellent restaurants. Surprisingly good food in the lower level of the Pacifica Mall. Excellent cigar bar 5-6 blocks away
