“Todo muy bien”

“El concepto del lugar me parece bueno, sin embargo hay varias cosas que mejorar. Empecemos con lo bueno. El personal fue atento, el ambiente agradable y todo muy limpio. La habitación cómoda y amplia. La terraza con vista al jardín y con un acceso directo al restaurante muy bueno. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Dónde siento se debe mejorar es en algo básico pero importante en un lugar como boquete donde el agua que sale de la ducha es fría. Y eso es el agua caliente, el cual no funcionó para……

“Boquete Cloud Forest Lodge is one of the most beautiful places on earth! The owner is one of the most fascinating people you’ll ever meet, and we enjoyed our meals with him. The two gentlemen who operate the lodge are amazing. The cabins are stunning, right out of an architecture magazine! Our family slept soundly, and the views of the volcano and surrounding clouded forest was breathtaking. We went on a local hike that has been cleared by the owner, and we saw a Quetzal very near the lodge,……

“The hotel had no one available at check-in and I rarely saw anyone working there. No room service all week. The most BASIC accommodations. They have a TV but no programming so it’s pointless. The hike up the hill is so steep, those with heart issues are not advised. Fairly walkable once down the hill. The rooms have thin walls so noisy guests are an issue. Would not recommend.”

“Tiene buena ubicación cerca del Supermercado Rey, habia escuchado del ruido de la calle y no hice caso pero si afecta mucho estar en habitación que da hacia la calle principal porque pasan mucho camiones. El personal muy amable, sino hay nadie en la recepción cuando lleguen deben ir al frente al restaurante, el telefono del letrero nadie lo contesta. Solo me quede dos noches de las tres que habia reservado pero aun asi me cobraron las tres.”

“The positive things: amazing views, acomodating staff with special requests, fully equiped The negative ones: digital check in good idea, poorly executed, took us 20 minutes to get in to the room, cheap furniture, bugs in the room at night, walls need painting, very small room.”
