A lovely hotel with good facilities. Some staff were very friendly but some weren’t too welcoming/friendly to me but I saw Spanish people being treated better, i put it down to staff being fed up with tourists.

This hotel and the "Level" staff were amazing. Antonino (Conceirge) was just the most amazing!!! He was there for us whenever needed and would do anything for his clientele. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and lots of choices. The hotel was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. I wish the rooftop view was more accessible if you’re not eating at the restaurant. Otherwise, no complaints and the stay was excellent.

Amazing hotel and facilities! Endless food and drink if staying at Level. Excellent location. 4 mins to metro and easy to get to beach and centre. (20 mins to centre). Local area has plenty of food places if required. Staff amazing. Special mention to the lady checking you in at breakfast! Pool area nice but actual pool small but ok for a dip and drink etc.
