Amazing stay once again! Mayada one of the Duty Managers is brilliant! Brilliant customer service and friendly! She’s looked after me twice there now and makes me even more want to come and stay there!

I’ve stayed in quite a few Jumeriah's and this one has been exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was bliss.

The hotel is good, but the surface for a beach is not good because if you want to use anything in beach must charge you, they will charge you for what I stay in hotel for what
