The night staff was not so friendly... no amenities. Elevator was not working one day of our stay. Quite mediocre. Need stickums on the shower floor... it is a liability.

The room we had included a refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee pot. It also included dishes and a microwave. The room was beautiful and clean. My room was quiet and we slept very well. The hotel is located in a great spot on 30A with shopping and food available in walking distance. A hotel was much needed in this area for short visits to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our stay at Lodge 30A !

We only stopped for a night on our trip across the Panhandle but this was a gem. Very clean with a kitchenette and so shops and Mexican restaurant very close. A very nice beach nearby too.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Bike rental was very convenient and you receive a discount on bike rental for staying here. Close to beach access and Seaside Beach. We will most definitely be returning.

My family and I stayed over for 1 night and around 11:30pm extremely loud and blaring rock music (coming from local Catina- which closed at 9pm) played continuously for over an hour at varying volumes. This woke up my kids and wife and was extremely frustrating. Worst night of sleep of my life.

The property was very clean and in the process of being updated yet it was hard to tell that there was construction going on in the second floor. Parking at the facility was good and Great restaurant options were close by. This property was in an ideal location in the beautiful Seaside area of Florida. My fiance and I would stay here again anytime!

The property is great with all of your basic amenities… Very convenient location on the 30A and walkable to shops. It’s not crazy close to beach access but parking at the hotel is a breaze. The only downfall is the hotel feels like poor construction so you can hear everything through the walls and the floors. But We will still be coming back for sure!

Brand new hotel on highway 30A. We stayed there for the 30A Songwriters Festival. Very nice hotel convenient to festival venues, Seaside, Watercolor and the beach. Good value compared to nearby resort hotels and condos. Housekeeping service only offered every 3 days but this was fine. Nice coffee shop right across the parking lot.

We LOVED staying here! Perfect getaway! The rooms are the perfect size with full size refrigerator, microwave, sinks, coffee station. They have a little small general store that has a variety of snacks, frozen meals and Starbucks! Great shopping and restaurants just located right out the lodge doors. I was so excited to fine this lil gem! Pool was heated and beautiful! Overall very accommodating and friendly atmosphere! Big lobby area that offers a lot of options for seating.
