We love staying here whenever we have an activity at the Excel or Roy Wilkinson’s Auditorium. It is a quick walk from the venue and easy to get to. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful.

Came to town for a hockey game, wonderful location for that. Very nice staff, super helpful and went above and beyond to help us check in early when we got into town. Clean rooms and lobbies. Beds and feather pillows were fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had much worse. Always had a hot shower and good water pressure. We slept in and missed breakfast everyday so I can’t respond about that but they do keep coffee and I think cocoa on all day. Loved that you needed a key card to enter the building and that they had door staff given that it is right in the heart of downtown. There were a few restaurant options nearby, mostly expensive or bar type food but they were good and open late. We will be staying here again when we come to town for hockey.
