The staff was friendly and courteous. We liked the cookies at check in! Breakfast was a definite plus and tasted good. The room could have been cleaner (hair in the shower and bathroom, end tables) and the towels did not seem clean. They appeared dingy and had make-up stains on them.

Our stay on 5/21-5/23 was great! Everyone was wonderful esp Hoshan ( he’s the person who checked us in). I raved about this place esp to my family so I was saddened when my sister told me about their check in experience with Jackay? She wasn’t pleasant at all and when they asked for extra pillows, they were asked to call 3 times before she brought the pillows and when she did, no pillow cases and one of the pillows smelled like wet socks. My sister just retired and I was so confident that they’ll have great service at this facility so I was really disappointed about the reception she received.

The staff was the best thing about this place. Everyone that works at this location was amazing, keep it up and I will stay with you guys again because of how nice you were.

I like the staff, their friendliness and support. The room was clean, but could be cleaned better to eliminate remnants of dog’s hair. Also the swimming pool and spa needs major cleaning, they were dirty.
