We arrived super early on a red eye flight from Hong Kong and we were all exhausted. We arrived at the hotel around 9 and spoke to the staff on our situation. We thought about paying for an extra day to check in earlier but the staff at the hotel saw how exhausted our kids were and made accomodations for us to check in a little earlier than our 3pm check in slot. We ended up leaving our luggages at the hotel and headed to universal studios for the morning. They were all so nice and helpful.
