The hotel was located close to Busch Gardens, USF, & Moffitt. It was clean and staff was friendly. Coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate available all day in lobby. 1 Bedroom suite was perfect size for what we needed and affordable. I would stay there again.

I loved the fact that the room had a kitchen, with a big fridge and freezer, and you could get a portable cookstove. It was overall pretty clean. The sofa however had some visible damage and stains, so I had to put a sheet on top of it, to not feel disgusted to sit on it. I wish the sheets were cotton as opposed to polyester. The thermostat was working in the room, but the AC unit was delivering freezing cold air, so when on, it was too cold, and when off it was too hot. Central air would have been much better than a window unit with barely any insulation (when AC was off, the room was rapidly heating, and Florida is pretty hot and humid)

This hotel would easily rate five plus stars for the superb staff hospitality and efficiency, and for the comfort of the suite. The breakfast buffet was also a plus. Parking charge of $12.90 was a surprise but made sense given the location. The one drawback: Even though the hotel provided disposable foam earbuds on the nightstand, the nearly continuous heavy construction work on a large building across the street all night made sleep difficult. I would enjoy returning a few months in the future.
