The experience of staying with this hotel could not have been more perfect. I was as there 10 nights so I got a full experience of the beautiful facilities and each of the restaurants. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to accommodate every need you could ever anticipate. The location is very central and walkable. I can’t speak highly enough. Extremely well run property makes it more than a pleasure to stay here.

The best hotel in Dubai! My home away from home. No matter how many times I try other hotels, the difference is always clear—nothing compares to the level of luxury, service, and attention to detail at Four Seasons. From the warm hospitality to the impeccable rooms and world-class dining, every stay is an experience to remember. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the ultimate luxury stay in Dubai!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I have stayed at Four Seasons around the world. The service is always impressive. This location is no exception. Staff was attentive. However, unfortunately, this Four Seasons has musty or mothball like smell when the ventilation system is either on or off. Meaning it’s not constant but for someone like me who is sensitive to smell it was not good. Our first room the smell was very pronounced. I complained and they readily offered another floor as an option. Thankfully there the smell was much less and bearable but it would come and go. Because of this I won’t stay there again since clearly it is not a room location issue. Maybe those who don’t have a sensitivity to smell won’t be bothered by it. The smell was the only negative.
