Excellent place ,localisation, very clean, quiet. Met people from all over the world. Great show. I loved the roof top for sunbathing. Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened. There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely.

Good value, easy transport

Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

It seems so unfair to rate hotels, budget or premier, under the same system of just five starts. For what a room cost here, and for it's location, this hotel easily rates four stars. But that would be a bit optimistic on a grand scale. Where it shined was cost (cheap, for Cancun), location (just 1/4 mile from the ADO bus station, which takes you all over the Yucatan), and patience of the staff. They were always willing to provide useful information. Just don't expect a safe in the room, or fancy furnishings. Even still, the bathroom was just fine, the A/C worked perfectly, and I felt very safe in this location. Note: children are highly welcome here. Enjoy!

Hotel Plaza Kokai is clean, functional but sparse. Perfect is you are not planning on staying in the hotel all day long. The only issue I had was that the hot water for showers tendered to run a bit lukewarm for my tastes and the street noise could get loud at times. The staff were all very nice and professional. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly and helped with the humidity.

The property is in the city, it is quiet but sketchy. Pool area very small (7-10 people). Nice restaurant, friendly and helpful, some English speakers, parking is on the street first come, and this hotel gives Hostel vibes. Convenient choice for the ADO bus station

My husband, our 8-month-old baby, and I stayed here for one night during our travels. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so our experience was brief but sufficient for our needs. The staff were polite and efficient, making check-in straightforward despite our late arrival. The hotel was clean, and the room provided everything we needed for a short stay. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it was perfectly adequate and met our expectations. The location is very central, just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. This convenience made it easy to catch an early bus the next morning. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice if you're looking for a clean and convenient place to stay for a short time in Cancun.
