Great place to stay with reasonable rate

We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and room very clesn. Kitchen area had everything we needed. The location was good and a short drive to public beach. Atea was safe and quiet. The hotel is pet friendly but we rarely saw a dog and never heard barking

This was a unique experience with a courtesy call prior to our arrival to confirm my reservation and inform us of all hotel policies. Check in was expeditious & every staff member had a friendly and respectful attitude. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was free. The location was convenient to where we traveled while in Fort Walton. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

The room was clean. The bathroom needs to be recaulked, the dray wall by the tub was almost nonexistent , the floor around the toilet and back by the tub, needs to be swept and given a good cleaning. The check in was good and the front desk folks were nice. I wanted to pay a different way but was unable to which I found a bit odd, as I have been able to do that with other hotels.

Comfortable for a week or two.

Full refrigerator. Two burner stove. Lots of storage space. TV accepts Blu Ray (had to swap HDMI cable for their box and wait for message to automatically turn off). Full tub. Comfortable bed. Comfortable desk. Window that opens. Just a few miles to the beaches. Breakfast place and pizza place within walking distance. The back side of the hotel overlooks nothing but woods with lots of birds and crickets chirping. Super quiet at night. There is a nice pool area. Free laundry in the nicest machines. Friendly staff accommodated me for extending my stay during a holiday week. Pet friendly with reasonable fee ($75 a week). The maid only comes in once a week and you can schedule to be there if you have pets. No resort fee (Hotels.com said there was). I moved here starting a new job and it made my stay easy. I included a photo of one of the beach houses nearby and Stewby's (classic beach side seafood) also highly recommended. Also the back view as enjoyed by my cat.
