Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday.
