I was very impressed with the Pendry West this stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and quiet, and everything went as smoothly as can be. I also love the little coffee shop Black Fox that is attached to the hotel and the convenience and access to so many great restaurants and shops.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were especially touched when they surprised us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

This is a great hotel 2 blocks from Penn Station/Madison Square Garden and Hudson Yards. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was excellent...really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
