Comprei a reserva do hotel pelo Hotels.com. Recebi o comprovante de pagamento por e-mail que daria direito a estadia, sem nenhum custo adicional. Ao ir embora do hotel, no check out, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de uma diferença absurda que não constou em nenhum e-mail anterior. Me senti lesado, enganado pelo site Hotels.com e pelo Mhondoro, que apenas me cobrou e não quis saber de falar com o site. Aguardo providências para o ressarcimento.

Melhor impossível

Foi tudo perfeito. A começar, pudemos ver os big five sem dificuldade, sendo que 3 deles (leões, elefantes e rinocerontes) vimos ali mesmo no lago do hotel. Os elefantes adoram beber água na piscina do hotel. Para ficar ainda mais incrível, eles têm um túnel subterrâneo com vista para o lago, então você fica bem pertinho, além de seu olhar ficar na mesma altura dos animais. A comida é outro show à parte, todas as refeições feitas por um chef com uma apresentação impecável e simplesmente deliciosas. Também tem os lanches durante os safaris, que são uma delícia. O quarto é bem grande e extremamente limpo (eles arrumam 2x ao dia), lençóis e toalhas de qualidade e extremamente cheirosos, nespresso, chás, bebidas à vontade, garrafa de água personalizada, cama confortável, além de dois chuveiros (um deles externo para banho vendo as estrelas) e uma banheira. Sem falar que eles sempre deixam uma mensagem fofa ou algum mimo no quarto. Como era nossa lua de mel, eles planejaram uma surpresa incrível e um jantar no deck do quarto. Foi perfeito. Nessa noite, pudemos ver rinocerontes, leões e elefantes, lá mesmo do deck enquanto jantávamos. Para fechar, com chave de ouro, na última manhã acordamos com 7 leões bebendo água e descansando na lagoa do hotel. Melhor impossível. Indico muito o hotel, especialmente na época de setembro. Como é a estação mais seca, os animais procuram lugares que tenham água, então o lago e a piscina do hotel estão sempre sendo visitadas por vários animais.
