This is my go-to for stays in Chicago near O’Hare as it’s very well set up for working from my Hotel and being able to make coffee and small meals, etc. so I don’t have to order out and go out for every meal. I really appreciate the convenience and value for the cost.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young women behind the front desk (Thursday 9-24@4pm) were professional and warm while dealing with a busy lobby and a slight delay in rooms being ready - they were raised right! Every single staff person we encountered was welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others for exceptional service and value. If there are any problems, talk to the staff. They will make it right!

The room was basic. The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean and had a leak from the top floor. There also weren’t utensils, pots and pans. We had to ask for it twice to finally receive all of that. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn’t clean but we were too tired to make a fuss about it. But spending 7 days with an unclean toilet was really off putting.

Great place to have a quick layover. The staff is friendly and accommodating. But, not a place you'd want to stay at for a vacation or as a family. Elevator emergency panel had ductape, carpet is really aged, halls smell like a strong air freshener and cigarettes.

The staff was really friendly and the hotel bed was super comfortable. The only thing I’d say is, I arrived around 1am due to flight delays and my room wasn’t ready. It was still being cleaned. It wasn’t an extremely long wait but just a minor inconvenience at that time as I had to be up early for another flight the following day. Overall, I’d stay here again, The shuttle service was super easy and convenient.

The staff at this location were incredible, and the airport shuttle was super convenient. Unfortunately, the rooms were so loud that sleeping was difficult. We had a room near an elevator and the noises of the doors opening and closing and the dings between floors were able to be heard inside our room at what felt like full volume. We really could hear them all night, dozens of times per hour. Rooms were clean and the property was good, but sleeping was really challenging with how loud the halls and elevators were.

The hall way smelled like there was a dead mouse in the ceiling. Although the room was cleaned there were crumbs left in different corners and areas. The room was big, small tv that is awkwardly placed. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall I wouldn’t go back here.
