Very nice and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very good. If you don't mind walking Toyosu Market and the Toyosu waterfront area is about 20 minutes away. There are a couple of subway stations and convenience stores about 10 minutes away. The Hotel is connected to a mall with restaurants. I would recommend going to the supermarket in the basement for good microwavable food. The are microwave ovens on several floors in the hotel.

It was our last night and it was fun to stay on manmade island and take a walk in the morning to see new version of Tokyo. Not as clean on those streets for some reason but very spacious. The sauna, pools and such were not included in price and located in a shared area with shopping mall. If you arrive with bags go on the other side where shopping mall is so you can take an elevator instead of carrying it through a big span of stairs from the main street entrance.

The hotel is connected to the mall, which is very convenient. The restaurants in that mall open till 11 PM. The spa that’s connected to the hotel seems amazing, but we didn’t try it because there’s an additional fee for an all day pass. The room itself was spacious like an American hotel. You can tell the hotel is a little old because of the TV and Aircon remotes.

The room was a little small but was comfortable and quiet. I liked the fact it was located to a mall and walking distance to transit. The only thing about the room was it was a little dusty but it was a great stay

Great spa in this hotel. That alone is 10/10 but other than that, the hotel Wifi did not work on any of our Devices. Staff didn't know how to fix it either. Beds were hard as a rock, only one pillow provided also very uncomfortable. Breakfast Buffet was huge but the taste was the worst we've had in 17 days across 10 hotels...absolutely not worth a stay. But you should go to the public Spa for day use.
