The room was fantastic and the decor was unique. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good, doesn’t have typical British breakfast items for English travellers. The bar was great for the evenings and had fantastic staff all round. The location is great and is 10 mins from the centre of Basel, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. We were right next to the elevator and we never heard any sound, was pretty sound proof for weary travelers. Great location! We were very happy.

Nice hotel with good breakfast.

Nice hotel in walking distance to the attractions and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Best experience is the daily breakfast, the best I had in this region. Foods are high quality and staffs are very friendly.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are really charming, go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Rooms really well appointed with great shower and comfy beds. It is also very centrally located, you can walk everywhere in less than 15 minutes. We were very happy at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Basel - you won't be disappointed! We were sorry to leave!

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The room was super modern and stylish (I loved the design details), and little touches like a refillable water bottle and a Dyson air purifier really stood out. The location is also spot on: an easy walk from the train station and close to all the main sights and great restaurants. I’m not sure what anyone could dislike, though to be fair, I was only there for one night… maybe not long enough to find any flaws! 😄 Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic staff, relaxed vibe and amazing food

I had a great stay here for a week long business trip, the staff are friendly and ensure that you have a really enjoyable and stress free stay. The hotel itself has a trendy vibe but with everything you need including great breakfast, delicious food and drinks for day and evening as well. I’ll be heading back for my future trips to Basel!

It’s in a great location with 10 min walk to the train station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and there is water and coffee station in every floor which is very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Great place for Basel visit

Hotel is situated in the place of Basel. Trams go directly closely, Art museum is close. Urban room is elegant and cosy. Breakfast great. Very much recommended!

Charming boutique hotel in Basel centre

Cool, slightly quirky in a good way with cheerful and welcoming service and nice rooms. The gym is worth a visit for its stylishly wooden equipment.

Lovely hotel with great service

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cosy with a cool fit out and interesting items. We did have noise problems being next to the lift and the restaurant/bar playing loud music under us until late. The staff did an amazing job relocating us to a quieter room (even when it was fully booked out) and made sure we were happy.

An excellent experience

Room and hotel in general is in perfect condition and modernly decorated. They gave us free room upgrade which is wonderful. Breakfast has variety of options, even you can make your own waffle. Also, there is a library room for spending time with free coffee and tea. We are planning to stay again in soon.
