Hotel Indigo is beautifully decorated and the hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly and there is great onsite dining options and steps away from many great restaurants.
Ken and Shane the valet staff are the most helpful along with Deonte the Service guy super helpful really nice above and beyond service. I did have an issue with my room, but it was immediately corrected and I would return again.
This hotel has lots of character and is very clean. If you’re a very light sleeper - there were times we could hear other guests coming and going, so I wouldn’t expect a perfectly sound proofed experience. But no one was overly loud or rowdy, so it wasn’t an issue. Big beautiful windows with lots of light. Our room didn’t have a fridge - not sure if that’s the case across the board, so if that’s important to you, I’d ask.
Staff was very nice and helpful and the valets were prompt and friendly. The facility can use a bit of updating. The floors in my room squeaked terribly, it also would have been helpful to have a menu and room service information available in the room. I had to go down to the desk to get coffee pods and creamer a couple of times because the room had only enough for one person. The hotel is located in a very nice building and district that seems to be going through gentrification and updating. It was convenient to everything I wanted to see.
The property was very clean and staff was more than friendly. From the valet staff to the restaurant located downstairs. Food and drinks were amazing! WILL BE BACK

Disliked: Amenities
The room was tidy but could have used a deeper clean, especially the floors.
The staff at the front desk was very kind.
Exceptional hotel. Friendly team, clean, beautifully transformed historic building from the 1920s with modern amenities. A shout out to the valet team: always on duty, no matter the weather. A great experience all-around.
