Awesome hotel

This was probably the best hotel we have stayed in. It was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly, helpful, patient with questions, and the breakfast was great. It is also decently close to the cruise port.

Wonderful hotel in convenient part of Tampa

Staff was so welcoming and polite. All parts of our room was very clean. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, which is very important to me.

We enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. It can be tricky parking in the lot due to the support pillars, however doable. The hotel was conveniently located to any direction of travel, Tampa, beaches, and both directions along the coast. The area was nice, and seemed very safe. Definitely will stay again if I am in Tampa again.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room that came and went throughout our stay. We couldn’t identify the source, but it was quite strong and at times unbearable, resembling spoiled food. The hotel itself is not particularly appealing and feels more like a place to stay for a quick overnight rather than a comfortable or enjoyable stay. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent.
