This is by far my favorite hotel on the strip. It is very well kept “and clean”. The convenience of the Shops at the Forum and the tops stores that are there is fantastic. This hotel makes you feel like you are actually a Queen returning home for great relaxation and comfort. I absolutely love it. I had a great view of the strip from my room #4080 - Augustus Tower.

This hotel is superb! Clean rooms, very beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the pool so much! This is one of my favorite hotel in the strip. I will for sure come back here. Me and my wofe enjoyed so much during our stay here. Althought were not able to get a suite room durinf our stay but we will for sure get a suite room wheb we come back! The frontdesk who assisted us is good too and smilling.

The property itself was great and the staff were excellent. Our room was not so great. The tub was filthy, all of the drains were clogged and unfortunately the A/C did not work properly. When it’s over 100 degrees outside you at least hope for a room with great A/C. For the price we paid I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

Everything was great, we arrived early and to avoid an early check in fee we were allowed to have our luggage put on hold while we explored. The luggage was later brought to our rooms. The only small inconvenience was that the floor lamp did not work, I called and asked if it could be checked but no one ever came to correct it.

Caesar’s Palace was a great place to stay. We didn’t use many of the amenities, but they offered just about anything you could want. My only complaint was that there weren’t enough chairs at the pool for free. They had some nice ones for rent, but not enough free ones. People had towels on them so you didn’t know if they were actually available. Food was all very good but pricey. Bottled water was ridiculously overpriced ($8-10). That was everywhere though.

Ceasar's is a well located hotel in the middle of all the action on the strip. We walked almost everywhere including The Sphere which is why we chose this hotel. The hotel is enormous and depending on your room location, it will take you 5 - 10 minutes to exit the hotel. Our room was a nice large double queen room in the Palace Towers that was shared by 4 women. The room was quiet, but a bit dated and there was a broken missing drawer in the main dresser. The beds also weren't incredibly comfortable and we didn't care for the large firm pillows. The bathroom, however, was very nice and extra large with two separate commodes which was convenient when traveling with 4 people, There was a very large shower and two separate vanity rooms. I wish there would have been a magnifying mirror as is found in most hotel rooms, but that was just a minor issue. We didn't gamble at Ceasar's, but we did visit the gym and Qua Spa which were both were excellent.

We stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed and did not fully meet our expectations. We arrived at the lobby around 1 AM, but there was only one staff member working at the check-in desk. Because of this, the line moved extremely slowly and we had to wait almost an hour to complete the check-in process. When we asked why it was taking so long, we didn’t receive a clear explanation and were simply told, “How can I help you?”, which felt unhelpful and dismissive given the situation. On a positive note, the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and practical, which we appreciated. However, we also had breakfast at Cafe Americano the next morning and were quite disappointed. The service felt uninterested and not welcoming, and we didn’t feel we received proper attention as guests. As first-time visitors to this iconic hotel, we unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. We truly wished our experience had been better.
