Overall I would recommend this hotel. We had an accessible room and it was lovely. The bed was soft which to me is comfortable but my husband prefers a firm mattress. The pillows were not comfortable for me, I found them too flimsy. The amenities in the room are very good and personally I found the housekeeping instructions very easy to follow and our room was cleaned whenever we requested it. The breakfast is delicious! Definitely worth the money however the seating space is small, meaning it’s very busy and sometimes you have to wait for a table to become free, not great when there’s a finite window for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Check in was quick and the staff at reception were helpful. The room was great, had all the amenities to make one’s stay comfortable (kettle, small fridge-tiny, but still, nice to have!-iron board, hair dryer). The bed was great and had a very good night sleep. The air con was working just fine. I didn't have breakfast so I can’t rate it. Overall I had a very good experience.
