The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful during our stay! The breakfast was about as good as free hotel breakfast gets, but the options were nice. The gym was 24 hours and super well maintained. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I’m back in San Antonio.

Booked this room to get ready in for my wedding and it was a beautiful room with plenty of space for getting ready. Only thing was front desk staff could’ve been a little friendlier when I had told them the purpose of our stay and asked for a 30 minute grace period for late check out should we need it. We didn’t end up needing it but heads up, for an hour later check out time, expect to pay $50.

Really nice stay. Comfortable in every way. Loved the layout of the room, the cleanliness, and the kitchnette was complete with anything you may need. Loved being able to relax in the common area and watch the boats go by. Enjoying common areas is something we dont normally do. The staff was fantastic! Loved our time there.

The place is okay. I feel like the rooms need more detailed cleaning. I found dried contact lenses in the shower and near the bathroom sink. Lots of ants everywhere, we had them in the kitchen dining area and on the nightstands. Nice view and convenient area to stay if you want to be walking distance from river and downtown.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went over and above to be hospitable to my family. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep up with the demand of food from the large breakfast crowd and did it all with smiles on their faces. We really enjoyed our stay.
