The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to a big multi-story shopping complex and the start of the Dori Shopping Street. The only issue we had with the hotel was the size of the rooms which was quite cramped and not enough room to spread out 2 suitcases. The standard room we were in is really only suited to a couple with an overnight bag. The mens toilet downstairs near reception was so cramped that my knees were touching the wall when sitting down on the seat. It needs to be swung around 90° so that it is facing the door.

l loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient, close to everything. Staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the washroom. I am very sensitive to smell. I booked 2 rooms and both of the washrooms smelled bad to me.

Great location, easy walk to everything. Lawson, 11/7 and family Mart are just steps away. Walkable to the popular beach. Monorail and shopping street is just nearby. Staff are welcoming. Public bath is a plus which my husband enjoys so much. Only one thing I wish it could be better is the breakfast. But with what I paid for, I am very happy with my stay overall. Thank you.

Location is awesome, staff was really helpful. Room was as expected. Property had great public baths but I wasn't allowed to use it because of tattoos. It's cultural and I respect that, so nothing can be done about it, but that restriction should probably be made clear at booking time.
