This is a beautiful property on the quieter side of Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially by going with the Grand Premiere upgrade. The rooms were beautifully upgraded and the amenities such as the breakfast and lounge access were a nice addition to an already special trip.

This hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku. It is about 10-15 mins walk from the busy area and tourist spots which makes it a bit quieter. The staff are very friendly and excellent service. The size of the rooms are bigger than other typical hotel rooms in Tokyo which is great. The hotel also has a very convenient stop for hotel/airport bus limousine. It is right in front so no need for me to lug my luggages to the train to get to the airport! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for 5 nights. The location is great and close to the station and lots of restaurants and shopping places. I reckoned to include breakfast in your room taste off you plan to eat there for the most part since it will be less than pay on the spot. The entire staff were all attentive and very nice. Will go back for sure

The property had many amenities and conveniences, nearby restaurants and shopping centers. It was very clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend and would come back.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff cleaned regularly. Hotel was beautiful and staff helpful in providing local restaurant options. Loved location near metro and Keio Dept store and having 7 eleven in the hotel for quick snacks
