Great location if Myeondong is your base camp to explore. The room is tiny, but it did the trick. I guess my only gripe is the teeny tiny old school TV. Laundry facilities were good and they had coffee downstairs available all day long which was nice.

Coin laundry in the basement. The room is genuinely great for resting after a day of sightseeing and the housekeeping staff keep the rooms immaculate. Filtered water stations and daily replenishment of free bottled is very much appreciated. The front desk staff is great, speaks English.

I stayed at couple other hotels every time I visited Seoul; although, Hotel Skypark Myeongdong Iii is the hotel I am going to stay going forward. The location is perfect, close to the Myeongdong night market, bus stations, subways, shopping, and restaurants. Their staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel stored my luggages with no additional charges while we went to Busan and came back. Hotel has rooms with 4 beds, a separate bathtub and a standing shower which is really good. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Best location which is close to the subway stations, bus, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is on the main street so it is easy to get a taxi from and to the airport. Staff members are very friendly. Easy checkin process. The hotel keeps our luggages when we go to Busan with no charge. I have to pay the luggages storage fees the last time i stayed at Metro Hotel that is odd. I will stay at Skypark Myeongdong hotel again the next time i am back to Seoul.

Very clean hotel. Connects to a real nice 7-11 and is near great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are simple but clean. We even had a shower and separate tub in our room. Overall loved the hotel and staff were very helpful.

There was some sort of big bug in the hotel the first night so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bags unzipped for our time there. Seemed to be clean otherwise. This hotel was central to all of the shopping which was good if you’re into that.

Skypark III was very comfortable and well located. Subway entry outside, 7 eleven in the building and markets and shops just around the corner. Staff were fabulous and stored our luggage for a couple of days while we travelled outside of Seoul. Our only quible with amenities was a dodgy TV remote but everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Kind and helpful staff members. Well-maintained and clean rooms. Easy and comfortable access to many business centers, transportation, various shopping experiences, and eateries. Helpful information and support provided by the hotel — e.g., checking the luggage weight (there was a scale in front of the lobby entrance), airport bus schedule outlined in the lobby, and fresh espresso machine complimentary for hotel guests. Loved that it was literally right outside of exit 9 of Myeongdong station. Also that it was 1/2 away from airport limousine bus stop. Also loved that it was connected to a 7-11 (the best 7-11 I’ve ever seen with a ramen station and seating area with ramen looking tables and seats (so cute!). Hotel held our luggage for us for free. Only downside was that the hotel was quite outdated. Carpet was dingy, bedding was dingy and room smelled musky. We only stayed one night in Seoul so convenience to transportation was most important to us so all else was fine.
