I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is a gem, located in the center of Madrid, yet in a walkable area. Impeccable premises, stunning view (I booked a room with a view of Plaza Mayor). I thoroughly enjoyed my six-day stay. The only thing that did not impress me was their breakfast, but luckily I only tried it once.:)

The hotel has a GREAT LOCATION!!!! My room was small, but clean & the staff was wonderful. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the Mercado de San Miguel market. Food, drinks and everything else in between.

The place was perfect for us. Nice central location but still very quiet. The hotel knew it was my husband's birthday from the passport info when we registered and without saying anything, three staff delivered a slice of cake and birthday note to the room. Breakfast was delicious and when we arrived at the dining area, the staff already knew who we were. Lots of little nice touches. Would def stay again.

The staff were so friendly and professional. Everyone was so helpful. Everyone has access to the indoor (very cool, but small) and rooftop pool. The dry sauna is by the indoor pool and available to all guests as well. The space was beautiful and the rooms were very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

My two friends and I visited as the last stop on our trip and it was the perfect ending. We were immediately welcomed by the friendly staff who got us settled quickly. The hotel was very clean and situated in a central spot walkable to so many places. The pool was a great place to pass the siesta hours and the staff were wonderful about getting us get a difficult reservation booked for a last minute birthday celebration. This is definitely a return visit spot for me!

The view of Plaza Mayor is great. The direct access to the Plaza is wonderful. Once you enter the room, it is quiet and relaxing. Also, the location is super convenient. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the stay a lot!
