Had an excellent stay. Staff were nice and even remembered my name everytime. Breakfast had different items each day we were there and they were delicious compared to other places I have stayed. Rooftop has a beautiful view of the the city. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy.

Hotel was super clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff was nice and were able to answer the questions I had. Hotel is also close to a lot of stuff so was nice to walk everywhere. Next time we are in town we will be staying here again.

I loved the suite with cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, my bathroom and walk in closet were nice. The gym floor wasn't clean, some of the treadmills didn't work. Was loud outside being on canal street at night. The property was beautiful, bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great
