This is a very cost effective place to stay: it is cheap without being seedy or dangerous. That said, it is bare bones. It has a bed, bath, TV, and small kitchenette. There are no dishes, no blow dryer or ironing board, or any amenities. I got the sense that other guests were living there day to day. It worked for me, a couple nights when I needed a place to sleep without my family. I wouldn’t stay there with my wife. The location is great, in DC just north of the Beltway and off the BW Parkway. It’s fine, based on the cost.
Staff was excellent, room was clean, property secure and maintained, parking readily available. My only issue was the mattress. Although comfortable, I believe it was wrapped in some thick plastic/vinyl which made for some very noisy and sweaty nights.
Great location. Decent room with kitchen. Plenty of parking. Good location near shopping center and public transportation. This is a no frills hotel. Rooms have a microwave and stove. Xookware will cost you, and extra pillows. There is laundry and a fitness center.
The room was clean and very spacious , could use some maintenance. Interactions with the staff was great. Location is convenient, right behind a shopping center. There’s and abundance of parking. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Felt very comfortable sleeping there knowing it was clean & safe , really appreciated the hospitality !
Floors were sticky for some reasons and the whole property was smelly. Stuff was friendly and helpful. We ask to change the room due to lack of maintenance.
The staff are very helpful and I’ve had no problems at all. Ms Ashleigh the General Manager is amazing and they will do all they can to make you feel welcomed. My room was clean and all rooms include a stove top and microwave. You have to have your own things to cook in. The Parking Lot can be a little sketchy and it’s glass out there like cars were broken into so be careful with that.
The hotel is in a convenient location, and the room itself was spacious. The kitchenette was useful, and free parking was appreciated, although the better parking areas filled up and we sometimes had to park farther away and walk.
Unfortunately, the stay was heavily affected by the sleeping conditions. The air conditioner was loud throughout the night, but the worst part was the cheap plastic mattress cover. It did not fit the bed properly, moved around and came loose while sleeping, and honestly felt like sleeping on a shower curtain. It made noise every time we moved and seriously limited our sleep.
The common areas also needed more attention, with trash overflowing in places. There were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana outside near the designated smoking area, but that was mostly contained to that area.
The room size, kitchenette, location, and free parking were all positives, but the uncomfortable bed setup, noisy AC, overflowing trash, and parking layout made the stay much less comfortable than it should have been.
Smell of weed in halls, sketchy residents, but nice staff. Decent gym and convenient for food and small shopping. The rooms are great, old couches though. Worn out for sure
