Everything was extremely well attended to. The restaurants, the beach, and the rooms. Dinning staff were gracious and helpful. There was one gal by the name of Kris Hernandez that stood out. She was kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. Very willing to please and make our stay more memorable. She is an asset to your team. I suspect she will bring value to your company as she grows with the company. She was so full of sunshine I had to mention her in this review. Oceanview room on the North Shore was exactly what we were looking for...a change of scenery. We live in Maui and wanted a different view and feeling. Resort was right on the ocean with great views. Club had great breakfast, lunch, and snack. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Turtle Bay is gorgeous! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a spa day, highly recommend the hot atone massage with hot kukui oil scalp rub. Shaka Kayak tour to see the turtles was amazing too. A fabulous vacation!!
