The desk staff was (all shifts) not outwardly friendly nor made you feel welcome as a guest. No cheerfulness…….no smiles. Answered questions when asked. Breakfast was fine. I wish they offered an English muffin and one “healthy” cold cereal of the three. The food area was well maintained. The carpet in the room hallways was very dirty. Other common areas looked clean. One of the lobby floor boards was cracked and caused a depression in the floor. The room appeared clean. There was a small live bug in the bathroom.

I feel awful for not leaving this review sooner! This was an amazing experience! The Staff was the KINDEST hotel staff I have EVER encountered. There was not one single rude interaction with any individual that I experienced. They answered all questions and the facilities were excellent. Truly I will seek this hotel out again if I stay in this area. It was even close to everything. I was simply passing through PCB to pick my children up from Lagoona Beach Christian Retreat. I was sad that I had not planned my entire week at this hotel. The gym had more than most and made my son happy.

Be advised that you have to ask really specific questions regarding what the room you are purchasing actually looks like. They dump all the pictures from the rooms into a common description of the room and put all the suites at the top so it appears that is what every room looks like. It felt misleading but every thing was clean and well maintained.
