We had a wonderful time. The staff were wonderful. They greeted us with a glass of champagne. We were able to check in early and our room was available right away. The only thing I found odd was we were put in an accessible room which the room was big, I’m not sure why they would do that, just in case they would have a guest check in that would need the room.

The down sides are not much around outside of the property to do that was close by, and charging the “resort fee” on check-in day was a bit much considering check in isn’t until 4 pm. You Will Love It!

What an amazing and charming place. The Royal Palms is absolutely beautiful and a page out of a golden era. We haven't felt this relaxed at many other places, and the food and drinks were as good as any we enjoyed in Scottsdale. We highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. The grounds are exquisite. The room was a bit dark and drapes/carpet could use an update, but the bathroom was beautiful. The bar is very cozy. Pool was nice.
