The breakfast was really good, the chef's that were making the omelets/pancakes were really nice. Sophia was really great too, went above to accommodate us since one of our rooms wasn’t ready. It was really nice to be so close to the Old Market too.

We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. Walking in, first impression, was “wow, this place is massive and looks beautiful.” I do wish the bathrooms offered body wash in the shower with the shampoo and conditioner and lotion beside of the hand soap dispenser. Other than those minuscule things, the property was great. The room set up was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults; we liked having a separate space with a door away from the kids’ area. We love that everything is indoors (not having to walk outside to get to the pool.) The breakfast buffet was 10/10.

Room and hotel were clean. No free WiFi included. Our room also didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. The water came in and out the entire time we used the hot water. We were refunded some money for this inconvenience. Pool area got dirty towards the end of the evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room.
