Upon arrival we were informed the pool was shut for maintenance. It was not stated anywhere on the booking or website that it was shut. If you are looking at booking this I would not book until after the 31st of July as that’s when the sign said it would be finished. It really dampened our holiday as we now had to pay for chairs on the beach everyday. We were not compensated at all. The menu is heavily seafood base and when asked for a simple request of garlic butter with the prawns they couldn’t do it as it was only for the scallops. The staff didn’t really seem bothered about helping at all, you will get better service at the restaurants on the beach. We kept trying to give the hotel a chance but it just kept disappointing.
