The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pool looked nice. They were renovating while we were there which was right outside our room so was not as quiet and did wake me up early than I would have liked but it is going to look very nice when they are done. Definitely recommend staying here and especially when renovation are complete.

Everything was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. I have minor complaints. No Kleenex in the room, no hooks to hang wet towels and the tv was small. Location is great! Would stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.

The pool area was very nice, and the staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean. However, the rooms were really lacking! We had to change rooms because the TV didn’t work, the bed creaked, and the mini- fridge rattled constantly. The second room also lacked color, the furniture was dated, the bed creaked loudly, the towels were really thin, and there were no tissues, shower cap, or shower gel. Their golf cart rental fee was much higher than other rental places nearby. I’d recommend looking elsewhere until mgt. renovates the rooms.

Check in staff were so helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and swim up bar. No coolers were allowed in pool area. Had to purchase their alcohol. We enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying and first time we were able to use the pool. The A/C unit was loud, woke me up every time it kicked on. I ended up just turning it off. They had security at the entrances to the facility during after hours. We felt very safe and comfortable. Not sure why they needed security but it was a nice feature. We definitely recommend staying here. Such a close 5 minute or less walk to restaurants/downtown.

Very clean and had a lot of fun!! The dj did a great job. Bartenders were quick n good! Drinks were way over priced. Would definitely recommend and go back!!!!
