"Wonderful Stay at Moon Palace Cancun Our stay at Moon Palace Cancun was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. The food was very good, and the drinks were absolutely great! 🍹 The pools were amazing, and we spent so much time enjoying them. The beach was just okay—not the best beach we’ve experienced in Cancun—but honestly, the beautiful hotel, incredible service, comfortable room, and amazing pools more than made up for it. One of our favorite parts of the resort was The Cafe! ☕🍦 The ice cream, delicious treats, and coffee were the perfect little indulgence, and we found ourselves going back again and again. Overall, we loved our stay at Moon Palace Cancun and would definitely go back. The wonderful staff, excellent service, beautiful resort, pools, food, drinks, and The Cafe made our vacation truly special. We can’t wait to return! 🌴☀️🍹"

"Everything was great. The staff is amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave right at check out time. The hotel’s policy is different compared to other ones where you can check out and stay in the facilities until it’s time to go to the airport. Here was required to pay to stay for a few hours. Other than that the experience was great."
