Very nice upscale hotel. Rooms were a little small but very nice and modern. Great bar and restaurant. Walkable to attractions we visited. Recommend taxi from Atocha train station because walk was uphill and difficult to drag luggage. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great dining options close to hotel. Would highly recommend.

Ha sido de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel en años. Solo dos noches y aportare 2 casos. 1. Dos noches sin AC, la solución que brindaron fue "abra las ventanas", mal dormir ambas noches y a pesar de solicitar cambio de habitación siempre tuvimos negativa. 2. Mi hijo de 6 años tuvo un inconveniente, parece le cayo mal algo en el no barato desayuno que ofrecen, al desayunar poco después se sintió mal y tuvo que vomitar en la Habitación. Dentro de este incidente pedimos una cortesía para limpiar la ropa que estaba limpia hasta que por el desayuno que nos brindaron se ensucio. La respuesta fue el precio normal de lavandería de 8 EU la pieza. Al día siguiente ni usamos el desayuno, lo dejamos perder por el mal rato, n buscábamos algo adicional, solo buscábamos un buen trato, no quiero decir que todo estuviera en mal estado en el desayuno pero evidentemente que algunos de los alimentos individuales (Huevo o Aguacate por ejemplo) si lo estaba. La falta de empatía y soberbia en las respuestas de la gerencia fue decepcionante. Aporto si que la mucama que nos atendió para ayudarnos a limpiar (si nosotros también colaboramos), fue muy empatica, y servicial, al agradecerle su respuesta (sin ella saber de nuestra molestia) fue "nada que agradecer, usted le paga a esta empresa para que le hagamos sentir bien y cómodo". increíble como ella tiene mucho mas criterio del negocio en el que trabaja, que la gerencia del hotel, que tendrían muchísimo que aprender de ella.
