This is a really beautiful place with outstanding service. Everything about it is excellent from the lovely rooms, super comfy beds, really friendly and helpful staff and great restaurants. We loved it and would definitely return
Such a gem! It truly is so warm and welcoming with all the amenities for a lovely getaway. We live nearby but the serenity Sage Lodge offers is something special that locals or tourists can enjoy!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The trails and hot tub were great. Overall service and food was average. Found it odd how early everything closed-9 pm.
Best hotel we had our whole trip. Great rooms, cleanliness, hospitality. The restaurant was absolutely amazing and there are lots of fun activities the hotel provides such as hikes and yoga. The check in lady was very nice and helped us out a lot and overall this is great hotel. Highly recommend.
Beautiful views and property. Wish there was an indoor pool. Felt very secluded for a true Montana experience but maybe one shop would have been nice to have around the area. Loved the warm cookies and snacks provided
This property is amazing! It is in the most beautiful setting. There are tons of activities to do if you want. Mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing or relaxing at the spa. We had an amazing trip. The people are wonderful the rooms are spotless.
Room was very clean however the main lobby area need some cleaning . Cobwebs n light fixtures and large section of wood floor that looked like it got missed . Very dusty .
We had the most memorable stay! Our room overlooking the pond and mountains was fantastic and the fireplace kept us toasty. The lobby with it's grand windows perfectly framing the mountains was the perfect place to sit and relax in the afternoon. Warm cider and fresh baked cookies every day at noon was a welcome treat. The grounds were beautiful and we were roughly 35 minutes to the entrance of Yellowstone. The drive to the park along the Yellowstone River was gorgeous. We highly recommend taking a Yellowstone guided tour with Sage Lodge. Garrett, our guide, was awesome. We learned a ton and he did a great job catering to our multi generational group. We will go back for sure!
The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The only problem was I had to dispute a charge on my checking account. I tried to resolve it with the manager, but I received two different answers for the charge. At first I was told I had two different charges for incidental, one for $100 and one for $174 and that it would come off my account. I immediately thought this was strange to have have to different incidental charges for a one night stay. Then when the charges went through and were charged to my account the amount had changed to $206. I was told it was for the room charge, but I had already paid for the room through Expedia in the amount of $298 for the night. The whole thing is disappointing. It is a beautiful place, but a shame to have to file a dispute.
From beginning to end we enjoyed our stay. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The lodging was perfect especially for the area. We truly felt all the Montana feels. We look forward to returning!
