Every area of the hotel was immaculate. Our daily breakfast was included in our rate we were graciously served by El Batoual who even went out of her way to make me a special tea on a rainy day! The food was exceptional, and the chef came out to meet us and also the general manager came over to talk with us. We were there during Ramadan and they invited us to Iftar. It was a beautiful thing and the day we left Ramadan was over and they served us the special porridge that they eat the next morning! View from our room was exceptional and every staff member bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is awesome, guest service is great, and the beach is unbeatable!!! Only thing I think they can improve is the waiting time by the table, after ordering lunch or dinner we had to wait more than half an hour some times.

Amazing Stay

One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! The staff at the hotel is incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. During our check-in, I was feeling quite unwell, and they treated me like family, which I truly appreciated. Mr. Houdaifa, in particular, was exceptionally supportive. The food was delicious, and our room was stylish with an amazing view. Overall, we had a marvelous experience at the St. Regis, thanks to its outstanding team!

We absolutely loved our stay, I was in awe by the beautiful property. The staff were very nice, they even did a welcome champagne pop for all guests checking. The room was spacious and clean, we had an amazing view overlooking the beach and pool. Unfortunately, we missed that breakfast was included and didn’t have a chance to use that service. The room service was efficient, we wish we stayed here longer. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was their dinner and lunch menu, but there was another property nearby we went for lunch and dinner there food/hotel was also amazing!

The property is beautiful and clean and on a gorgeous beach with clear blue water-/ however, the staff was a bit slow especially for meals which often took an extraordinary amount of time to get menus, food etc. Also- no full length mirror in the rooms which was surprising.

A stunning experience !!!!

What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. Maryam the Deputy Manager was outstanding and customer service is throughout every aspect of the hotel experience. The room was amazing and `I was able to work and enjoy at the same time. The hotel is fresh and clean and has space and beautiful citrus aromas in the hotel public areas. The Pool was fabulous and the staff so attentive. There is a pool and private beach area. The staff were constantly offering drinks and little touches of food offerings - amazing. Breakfast was buffet and constantly fully catered for to all tastes, my favourite was the yogurts with fruit. They made poached eggs/avocado and mushrooms which was historic!! I had a spa treatment which I did not want to end - it was fabulous. The bathroom products are Sodashi and again wonderful. I will definitely come back to the St Regis and cannot wait to come back with friends. Everyone at the hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for me!! It was simply amazing

Nothing not to like. The staff is amazing. The head chef prepares meals that are 5 star with artistic presentations. Service is stellar and everyone makes you feel very special. An all around delight that you should definitely experience. Can hardly wait for a return visit to be spoiled once again.

This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars early without eating or drinking after waiting hours for service. Even when I was finally able to place an order or receive service, 9 times out of 10 I was forgotten and never received what I ordered/asked for. This was an abysmal waste of my time and was the furthest thing from relaxation. I do NOT recommend.

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت أثناء تسجيل الخروج. أبلغت موظف الاستقبال هاتفيًا بأنني سأنتظر عند المسبح، وطلبت إرسال شخص لإحضار حقيبتي من الغرفة، ثم نزلت وأكدت له الطلب مرة أخرى. للأسف انتظرت قرابة ساعتين دون إحضار الحقيبة، رغم أنني كنت مستعدًا للمغادرة والسفر. أعتقد أن هذا كان إهمالًا فرديًا من موظف الاستقبال، وقد أزعجني لأنه جاء في نهاية إقامة كانت ممتازة من جميع النواحي.

Viajamos por 27 horas entre voos e estradas para chegar ao St. Regis. E depois de romper todas as barreiras do nosso cansaço, fomos surpreendidos em todos os detalhes por uma tripulação que jamais esquecerei. Eles fizeram com que nos sentíssemos em casa e nos encantaram com sua atenção e paixão por cada detalhe. Todos, absolutamente todos formam um time de excelência, os recepcionistas, o gerente geral (que se apresentou), a gerente do restaurante (extremamente amável), a garçonete que cuidou do nosso almoço e também o pessoal que colocou as malas dentro do carro. O melhor que já conheci em minhas viagens pelo mundo, elegante, discreto, eficiente e amável. Minha mais completa Gratidão!!!!!!!!!! Nous avons voyagé pendant 27 heures, vols et trajets en voiture compris, pour arriver au St. Regis. Après avoir surmonté notre épuisement, nous avons été émerveillés par chaque détail grâce à une équipe que je n'oublierai jamais. Ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous et nous ont charmés par leur attention et leur passion pour chaque détail. Absolument tout le monde forme une équipe formidable : les réceptionnistes, le directeur général (qui s'est présenté), la directeur du restaurant (d'une extrême gentillesse), la serveuse qui s'est occupée de notre déjeuner, et même le personnel qui a chargé nos bagages dans la voiture. La meilleure expérience que j'aie jamais vécue lors de mes voyages à travers le monde : élégante, discrète, efficace et aimable. Un immense merci !
