Good customer service definitely definitely clean environment welcoming filling. The resort was just full of great people. We were on the adult only side and just had a great time. Very very spacious room large big small TV though lol but other than that really really great time.

Had a great stay. Amazing staff, very attentive, kind, polite…everything you could ask for honestly. Our server Tracy Ann was amazing, the violin and cello shows were a highlight and we loved our yoga classes and the instructors David and Armando. Would definitely visit again

Staff was ALWAYS AMAZING! The new owners need to do a better job at ensuring the hotel does not continue to have the RIU vibe. Be creative, ask your staff what's BRST and LISTEN to them!

The property was very nice, I like the fact that while we waited for Check in we were able to enjoy the amenities. The nightlife activities were really entertaining, especially the fire dance team!
