Love this place. Staff always very friendly and attentive. They maintain a very clean property, the rooms, the restaurant and the spa! The Sunday brunch is well worth it with a large selection of food. The spa is a must experience and highly recommend booking the rooms with spa access which makes it well worth it.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had had. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property grounds were beautiful. And the food at the restaurant was delicious. We loved the spa so much we canceled our entire plans one day just to stay in at the hotel! Couldn’t have had a better stay.

This is a hotel like no other in the world! Situated in a colonial city it was built around a ruin and made into a 5 star hotel! Any wise and knowledgeable traveler should stay in it and enjoy its different and beautiful settings as well as its service and food! Really excellent!

We had an absolute wonderful time at this hotel!!! We spent almost 3 hours just exploring the displays/museum of the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was beyond excellent and helpful. We loved the room which was like a mini apartment, that staff kept EXTRA clean, and enjoyed the morning/mid day coffee and treats that were put out for guests daily. We will definitely be staying here again for our return trip to Antigua.

The whole property was very clean. Every staff members I asked questions to were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was amazing as well. I really enjoyed the amenities. I e never been to a hotel with a fireplace and I loved it. I didn’t go to the restaurant but it looked very elegant. I would totally stay there again.
